Have you ever lost your Tinder account? If so, then this is a situation that can be incredibly frustrating. With the app being as popular as it is, it’s no surprise that lots and lots of people have lost their accounts. However, there are ways for you to get them back!
If you’ve lost your Tinder account, you can recover it.
You’ll need to contact Tinder customer support and explain the situation. They’ll ask for your username and password, which should be available on your phone or computer. They’ll also want to know what happened–did you forget them? Did someone else access them? Did the app crash? They’ll need details about the incident to help them determine how long ago it occurred, so they can help with their investigation.

You’ll be asked to enter an email address that matches the one that was provided when signing up for the app (if you don’t remember this information, contact us).
Next, choose whether or not to disclose certain details about yourself: mobile phone number (which will be used to verify identity), age range (17+), and gender (male/female). If none of these match what’s listed on [insert name of the support team here]’s records, then they’ll ask if they can still reset your account using those details instead.
Finally: enter a new password twice before clicking “forgot my password” again–this time selecting “I forgot my username”.

- Your full name (including middle initial)
- A current address (i.e., where you live)
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
